1What the Service is, and is not
We run paid advertising for your job openings on social media and other online advertising platforms and send people who click the ad to the careers page or application link you give us.
- We are not an employer, a staffing or employment agency, a recruiter, or a job board. We do not screen, refer, place, or select applicants, and we take no part in any hiring decision.
- We do not receive, store, or review applications. Applicants apply on your careers page or application link, or by the email you provide.
- Any interview, offer, or employment is solely between you and the applicant.
- We do not charge applicants, and we do not charge per-hire or placement fees.
2Who can use it
You must be a lawfully operating business, you must be at least 18, and you must have authority to bind the business. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it current. You must have the right to advertise the roles you submit.
3Requests and verification
- Submitting the form is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged when you submit it.
- Your information is verified when you confirm it, and we do not hold requests for a team review or a waiting period. We may still contact you with questions or suggested changes to the role, requirements, location, or budget.
- We may decline or stop any request, for example if it breaks these terms, platform rules, or the law, or if the role or link cannot be advertised.
- You confirm your answers, your ad budget, and your dates on the review screen before we send a payment link.
4Your budget, fees and billing
- You choose a daily or one-time budget and either a date range or ongoing dates. The total shown on the review screen is based on what you choose.
- After you confirm, we send one more email confirming your ads are about to go live, with your notification settings and a secure payment link. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card number.
- Your budget is all-in. It includes both the ad spend and our service fee, and nothing is added on top other than any applicable taxes. There is no contract, no monthly subscription, and no per-hire fee. You pay for the campaign you approve.
- Your campaign starts after payment. We then set up and post your ads. About 24 to 36 hours after posting, applicants should begin to funnel to your careers page or email.
- If you choose ongoing dates, you authorize us to bill the daily budget you selected on the schedule we confirm with you, until you pause or stop.
- Minimum daily budgets apply. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may pause your campaign until it is resolved.
5Cancelling, pausing and refunds
- You may cancel at any point before you pay, at no cost.
- After you pay, payments are non-refundable, because ad spend is committed to advertising platforms. This applies whether or not you receive applicants or make a hire.
- You can pause or stop a campaign at any time by contacting support at socialhirenetwork@gmail.com or through the support form on our site. Pausing or stopping applies to future days. Days already run, and ad spend already committed to the platforms, are not refunded.
- If we are unable to start your campaign for a reason on our side, we will refund the unused part of your payment.
- Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be waived.
6Ad content and approval
- We use AI tools to generate ad copy and creative from the information you provide, including any job description, and our team reviews it before it runs. We may test different versions of your ad and keep the ones that perform best.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, including pay, requirements, location, and the nature of the job. Ads must not be misleading.
- We may change, shorten, or reject ad copy so that it follows platform rules and the law.
- You give us permission to use the information, your business name, and your job details in the ads and in setting up the campaign.
7Where applicants go
- You tell us where to send people: your careers page or application link where possible, or an email address. You are responsible for making sure the link or email works and stays active during your campaign.
- While your campaign runs, we email you a weekly report of ad clicks and spend.
- We are not responsible for what happens after someone leaves the ad, including your application process, how quickly you respond, or any data you collect.
- Applicant information you collect belongs to you and is your responsibility to protect and use lawfully.
8Your hiring responsibilities
- You alone decide whom to contact, interview, and hire. You are responsible for following all laws that apply to hiring and employment, including anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour rules, how you classify workers (employee or independent contractor), required licenses and insurance, work-eligibility checks, and any background checks.
- Verify before you hire. Check licenses, credentials, references, and experience yourself.
- Do not ask us to target or exclude people based on a protected characteristic. We may refuse any request that does.
9Advertising platform rules
- Your ads run on third-party platforms that have their own rules, including special rules for employment ads. For example, platforms may limit how precisely employment ads can be targeted by location, age, or gender, and may require a minimum area around the job location.
- Platforms may review, limit, delay, or reject ads, or change how they work, at any time. We do not control them.
- We will make a reasonable effort to follow platform rules and to fix an ad that is rejected. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions.
10No guarantees
We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, or applicants, any level of applicant quality or qualifications, any response time, or that you will make a hire. Results depend on your role, pay, location, budget, competition, and how your careers page converts, among other things. Harder-to-fill roles typically see a higher cost per applicant. Any budget suggestions we give are estimates only.
11Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service or any platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, however caused.
We are also not liable for the conduct, qualifications, work, or absence of any applicant, or for any loss that arises from contacting, interviewing, hiring, or working with anyone who responds to an ad.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the campaign the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
13Your promise to cover us
You agree to defend and reimburse us, and our owners, employees, and contractors, for claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by anyone else that arise from your use of the Service, the content or claims in your job ads, your hiring practices or treatment of any applicant, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.
14Suspension and ending
- You may stop at any time as described in Section 5.
- We may pause or end your campaign immediately if you break these terms, give us inaccurate or unlawful job information, receive repeated complaints, do not pay, or if an advertising platform requires it. If we end a paid campaign without your breach, we will refund the unused part of your payment.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after the Service ends (including Sections 5, 8, and 10 to 13, and 16) do so.
15Privacy
Your information. When you submit the form we collect your name, business name, email, website, job details, location, and anything you add. We use it to review your request, set up and run your ads, bill you, and communicate with you. We use service providers for forms, email, payments, hosting, and advertising, and we do not sell your information.
Ad platforms. Advertising platforms collect their own data from people who see or click ads, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive applicants' personal information unless you share it with us.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information. To ask about or request deletion of your information, email socialhirenetwork@gmail.com. The Service is for businesses and is not intended for children.
16Disputes and governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Before filing any claim, email us at socialhirenetwork@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you in good faith.
- Any claim that is not resolved must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to those courts' authority.
- You and we may bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or group action.
17Changes and general terms
- We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes do not affect a campaign you have already paid for.
- These terms, together with your payment confirmation, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written permission.
- We may give you notices by email at the address you gave us.
- Checking the agreement box or paying counts as your electronic signature.
